- Trade-qualified - Mechanical
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven ability in scheduling, fault finding, and compliance with Australian Standards
- Proven experience working with fixed plant on a mine site
- Holds Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor certification
- Supervise mechanical maintenance of crushers, mills, compressors, pumps, and auxiliary systems
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams
- Contribute to long-term site transition and commissioning planning
