NES Fircroft have recently partnered with growing gold miner in Western Australia. We are looking for a fixed plant mechanical supervisor to join their team on a full time basis. 
Options to start on a contract first or straight into full time employment.

ABOUT YOU
  • Trade-qualified - Mechanical
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proven ability in scheduling, fault finding, and compliance with Australian Standards
  • Proven experience working with fixed plant on a mine site
  • Holds Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor certification
THE JOB ROLE
  • Supervise mechanical maintenance of crushers, mills, compressors, pumps, and auxiliary systems
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams
  • Contribute to long-term site transition and commissioning planning
