About the Opportunity An exciting 12-month secondment opportunity is now open for a motivated and detail-oriented Specialist – WIL Operational Readiness to join the Operational Readiness team supporting the Port Program Portfolio.
This role plays a critical part in enhancing supply chain efficiency, driving optimisation, and delivering value across warehousing, inventory, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment with WIL functional requirements across major projects.
- Set up material master data including cataloguing, classification, and stocking strategies.
- Optimise inventory levels and ensure compliance with preservation standards.
- Implement warehouse and logistics procedures to meet stakeholder needs safely and efficiently.
- Balance project customer requirements with supply chain capabilities to ensure material availability.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and deliver operational readiness scope.
- Support evidence-based decision making through data analysis and information sourcing.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers and customers.
- Solid understanding of Inventory and Work Management processes.
- Demonstrated experience in Inventory Analytics and Strategy.
- A bias for action, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills.
- Effective communication and influencing skills in a professional environment.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical, results-driven solutions.
