Schedule: Onsite 4 days/week, WFH Fridays
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST
Duration: 1‑year contract (possible extension)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support fast‑paced product replacement and well‑connection programs across a large portfolio of approximately 185 concurrent projects. This role operates in a dynamic, commercially driven environment where strong organization, rapid decision‑making, and adaptability are essential.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support fast‑paced product replacement and well‑connection programs across a large portfolio of approximately 185 concurrent projects. This role operates in a dynamic, commercially driven environment where strong organization, rapid decision‑making, and adaptability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for product replacement and well‑connection initiatives
- Coordinate scheduling activities across contractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders
- Manage schedules across a large volume of simultaneous projects
- Identify scheduling risks and dependencies; propose mitigation strategies
- Track progress against milestones and communicate schedule impacts proactively
- Support rapid adjustments as project scopes or field conditions change
- Ensure schedules align with commercial priorities and early‑production targets
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain efficient execution from planning through startup
- High school diploma or Associate degree
- 10+ years of project scheduling experience
- Background in oil & gas, energy, industrial, or infrastructure project environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong understanding of sequencing, dependencies, and critical path methodology
- High proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, rapidly changing environments
- Bachelor’s degree
- 15+ years scheduling experience
- Experience supporting product replacement, well‑connection, or similar field‑based programs
- Familiarity with upstream or midstream operations
- Experience managing large portfolios (100+ projects)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
