Required Skills:
- Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in process engineering within industrial or manufacturing settings
- Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles, including process design and simulation tools
- Hands-on experience with capital project execution and operational change management
- Proficient in HSE risk assessment methodologies such as HAZOP and LOPA
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and support plant operations effectively
- Experience in agrochemical or specialty chemical manufacturing
- Familiarity with batch processing operations
- Project management skills and experience
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DSEAR, COMAH, and PER
- Progress towards or attainment of Chartered Engineer status (CEng)
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant industrial process engineering experience
- Exposure to capital projects and continuous improvement programs within a manufacturing environment
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) excellence
- Willingness to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including operations, maintenance, quality, and global functions
