NES Fircroft are looking for a process supervisor to join one of our tier 1 mining clients. This position will start on a 6 month contract, with the right person transferring to full time employment after the contract period. Contract extensions also available.

- Lead daily processing operations ensuring quality and efficiency
- Train and mentor staff to achieve production targets
- Monitor workflows and manage resources effectively
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
