Project Manager – Data Centre Project (Thailand)
The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale Data Centre project in Thailand. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of data centre infrastructure, and proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, international vendors, and complex project schedules. The Project Manager ensures that all project objectives—scope, timeline, budget, quality, safety, and compliance—are achieved in alignment with company standards and local regulatory requirements.

The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale Data Centre project in Thailand. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of data centre infrastructure, and proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, international vendors, and complex project schedules. The Project Manager ensures that all project objectives—scope, timeline, budget, quality, safety, and compliance—are achieved in alignment with company standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Project Planning & Execution - Develop and manage the overall project schedule, milestones, and resource plans.
- Technical & Engineering Management - Oversee design and engineering activities for MEP, civil, architectural, and ICT systems. Review technical submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and commissioning plans.
- Budget & Cost Control
- Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Quality, Safety & Compliance - Oversee safety plans and enforce HSE compliance.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale data centre or similar complex infrastructure projects
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans
- Experience in budget management, cost control, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English and Thai, both written and verbal
