Role Overview As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mid‑sized capital and operational projects within a complex industrial environment. You will work closely with engineering, construction, procurement, and stakeholder teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

What You Will Do
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities in alignment with organizational project delivery standards.

  • Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams to maintain alignment on scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables.

  • Apply general to mature engineering knowledge to manage deviations from standard methods and ensure technical soundness throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Support the resolution of design, construction, and execution challenges by using sound judgment and structured problem‑solving.

  • Identify risks, issues, and scope changes, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project performance.

  • Prepare and deliver project status reports, cost forecasts, and schedule updates to internal stakeholders.

  • Support procurement activities including bid evaluations, contract administration, and vendor management.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and contractors to support project success.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes.

What You Bring
  • Experience managing projects in industrial, energy, utilities, infrastructure, or related environments.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Ability to apply engineering knowledge to evaluate technical decisions, manage deviations, and support problem‑solving.

  • Proven ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with capital projects, construction interfaces, or regulated environments.

  • Exposure to risk management, cost control, scheduling, or contract administration.

  • Familiarity with engineering design processes and field execution workflows.
