The Workspace Services team is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to support the delivery of small to large‑scale facility projects across Calgary, including Capital Projects and Tenant Improvements. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at stakeholder management, and can independently lead projects through the full lifecycle—from design and planning to execution and close‑out.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple high‑priority projects concurrently, serving as the primary point of contact for internal clients and stakeholders.
- Apply established project management methodologies, practices, and processes to ensure consistent delivery.
- Manage vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal partners to achieve project objectives.
- Develop programming, space layouts, and furniture plans using AutoCAD.
- Adhere to organizational standards, governance, and best practices across all project phases.
- Champion safety and ensure compliance throughout design, construction, and occupancy.
- Communicate proactively and professionally with team members, leadership, and external partners.
- Prepare and maintain cost estimates, forecasts, and budget analyses.
- Negotiate scope, budget, and schedule adjustments as required.
- Provide guidance on materials, finishes, furniture systems, and workplace design considerations.
- Coordinate workflow across business units and support cross‑functional collaboration.
- Produce project documentation, status updates, and final close‑out reports.
- Strengthen client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction through responsive service.
- Support change management initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Share lessons learned and mentor team members where appropriate.
- Prepare presentations, charts, and visual materials to communicate project plans and progress.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism across all communication channels, including virtual and in‑person interactions.
- 10+ years of experience managing Tenant Improvement (TI) or facilities‑related projects; experience with larger, complex environments is an asset.
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong understanding of PMI‑aligned project lifecycles and construction processes.
- Familiarity with landlord/lease agreements and the ability to advise leadership on build‑out decisions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and modifying drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong decision‑making, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience managing contractors, consultants, and vendors across multiple concurrent projects.
- Knowledge of procurement processes including Tender, RFQ, and RFP.
- Understanding of commercial furniture systems and workplace design programs.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Bluebeam.
- Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time.
