  • Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays or conflicts, proactively adjusting schedules and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage large, complex schedules with high activity counts across multi‑stage civil and electrical projects.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to maintain adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and present scheduling reports, including forecasts, variances, and project status updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, project guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of scheduling experience within a construction or engineering environment, with a focus on large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required; familiarity with other scheduling software is a plus.
  • Previous experience with FACTs or similar grid stabilization projects is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including risk management, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Background in civil construction, EPC environments, or electrical installation projects.
  • Proven ability to manage high‑volume activity inputs and updates.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to work independently and follow through with stakeholders.
  • This is a Bilingual role. MUST speak, read, write French and English.
