Reporting directly to the Execution Manager, you'll build and nurture supplier relationships, support contract management, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence within a well-defined framework.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or sales/marketing/product management of oil and gas products or services
  • Strong communication, listening, and influencing abilities
  • Proven experience in bid development or response
  • Supplier or customer management experience
  • Competence in negotiations and contract handling
  • Technical knowledge relevant to wells products and services
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple suppliers, contracts, sourcing events, and competing demands simultaneously
Nice to Have Skills:

  • Formal PSCM certifications (e.g., PMAC, CIPS, IACCM)
  • Financial analysis and should cost modeling skills
  • Hands-on experience with contractor safety management programs
  • Exposure to category management global networks and strategic sourcing activities
Preferred Education and Experience:

  • University degree preferred, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Beginner to entry-level experience demonstrating foundational knowledge of procurement and supply chain functions within oil and gas
Other Requirements:

  • Compliance with local government and partner requirements, procurement operating standards, and code of conduct
  • Ability to work effectively with both office and field teams across cross-functional groups
  • May require regional travel and engagement with suppliers and contractors as needed
