Activities

As a QA QC Supervisor, you will be involved in the preparation and implementation of service quality plans per QA QC requirements ensuring all materials and equipment are available on time passing the necessary QA QC requirements. Your main tasks will be to:
• Supervise the Equipment and QA QC service in Warehouse and Yard and ensure all QA/QC requirements are applied
• Manage the inspections activities related to equipment manufacturing (Third Party Inspector qualification, PO review and allocation, report review…)
• Analyze and follow up of TPI NCR raised to equipment manufacturers
• Build, maintain and conduct an audit system for the qualification review of contracted local manufacturers.
• Develop and regularly distribute local equipment supplier’s performance indicators among the affiliate.
• Attend service quality meetings with the local equipment and service suppliers.
• Recommend, Initiate and monitor corrective actions requested on local equipment suppliers.
• Analyze incidents or “down time” which throws into doubt the quality of the equipment manufactured by the local equipment suppliers or their contracted work

Accountabilities
  • You will be part of the preparation phase as well as of the operational phase. You will supervise all Major Services QA/QC system. You report to the Head of Operations. You report to the Fluid Superintendent

Qualifications/Experience required
  • Holding a post high school qualification or technical degree and demonstrate good technical and operational knowledge of drilling and completion tools / equipment with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in offshore drilling and completion operations; major service contractor experience a plus.
  • You should have good knowledge of QA QC requirements and API Q1 and API Q2 (or equivalent) quality management system requirements.
  • You are motivated to learn, keen on optimizing and have a good team spirit.
  • Be fluent in English and being opened to multicultural environment is required to take such position.
  • Valid BOSIET certification are also mandatory
