Overview:
The Quality Control Clerk is responsible for ensuring accurate data entry and supporting quality assurance processes. This role involves reviewing documentation, maintaining records, and assisting with compliance activities to uphold product and procedural standards.

The Quality Control Clerk is responsible for ensuring accurate data entry and supporting quality assurance processes. This role involves reviewing documentation, maintaining records, and assisting with compliance activities to uphold product and procedural standards.
- Day shift (5am-5pm)
- 12 hour shifts, Mon-Fri
- Must be able to work Saturdays as needed
- Enter and verify data in internal systems for processing and reporting.
- Identify and correct errors related to production or documentation.
- Maintain and update procedural lists, control records, and coding standards.
- Review and validate certifications and quality documents.
- Prepare and manage datasheets and calibration schedules.
- Create purchase requisitions and coordinate requests for quality-related items.
- Record meeting notes and maintain accurate database entries.
- Draft and update work instructions and related documentation.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support quality operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; 2–5 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately handle data.
- Comfortable working with measurements, fractions, and decimals.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
