Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Significant experience in quantity surveying with a focus on piping and mechanical works, preferably within large-scale industrial or construction projects.
- A thorough understanding of piping and mechanical systems, construction costs, and contract management.
- Familiarity with Belgian construction regulations, standards, and quality requirements in the mechanical and piping sectors
