Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to support a major onshore LNG project. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring regulatory alignment between international operational centers and local project execution, with a strong focus on U.S. compliance standards.

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to support a major onshore LNG project. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring regulatory alignment between international operational centers and local project execution, with a strong focus on U.S. compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific regulatory compliance procedures.
- Provide regular reporting to project leadership on regulatory matters.
- Act as a central interface between the U.S. and French operational centers, ensuring effective coordination and information flow.
- Support engineering disciplines with local and national regulatory requirements and clarify regulatory impacts across project phases.
- Ensure the development and execution of the Regulatory Compliance Plan.
- Maintain a comprehensive register of permits and authorizations.
- Assist in the implementation and reporting of FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) conditions.
- Consolidate data related to labeling, stamping, and import requirements; support disciplines in tracking these activities.
- Ensure subcontractors and vendors meet all required compliance obligations.
- Serve as the internal and external point of contact for all regulatory compliance activities.

- Relevant correspondence impacting regulatory scope
- Engineering degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in onshore oil & gas EPC projects.
- Proven experience working with third-party organizations, national authorities, and regulatory compliance teams.
- Strong familiarity with U.S. LNG project regulations, particularly in Louisiana.
- In-depth knowledge of FERC requirements, equipment labeling standards, and professional engineering certifications.
- Prior experience on similar projects in the U.S. or Canada is highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary internal teams.
- Solid understanding of certification processes and the roles/responsibilities across project stakeholders.
- Technical knowledge of systems, packages, construction, and testing philosophies.
- Experience in operations, engineering, construction, and commissioning is a plus.
