Senior Backend Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems
• Manage cloud infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes
• Provide technical support for enterprise customers

Tech Stack in Use:

• Languages: Clojure, TypeScript, Python
• Databases: PostgreSQL
• Tools & Platforms: GitHub Actions, AWS, Terraform, ArgoCD, EKS, ECS
• Collaboration: GitHub, Jira, Notion, Claude, Slack

Requirements Must-Have:

• 7+ years of backend development experience or equivalent expertise
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Codex, Claude Code) to boost development productivity
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Openness to learning new technologies
• Deep commitment to software/system quality and craftsmanship
• A balanced approach between idealism and pragmatism in technical decision-making

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience building real-time collaborative software
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization systems (OAuth, SCIM)
• Experience developing and deploying AI agents, orchestration frameworks, or LLM-based applications
• Strong understanding of data security best practices
• Links to Git repositories or technical blogs are highly encouraged
