We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Specialist to lead the development, negotiation, and management of complex commercial contracts. This role provides expert advice, ensures compliance, and supports stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Specialist to lead the development, negotiation, and management of complex commercial contracts. This role provides expert advice, ensures compliance, and supports stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including services and consultancy agreements.
- Ensure contracts are commercially sound, legally compliant, and aligned with governance frameworks.
- Manage contracts from award to close-out, including variations, claims, and disputes.
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and mentor junior staff.
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Law, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Knowledge in contract management or commercial roles.
- Proven experience managing complex, high-value contracts.
- (Desirable) Experience in mining, energy, or infrastructure projects; professional certifications (WorldCC, CIPS, or similar).
