Senior Instrument Engineer
 
Contract period:

Location: Haugesund

Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Instrument design and follow up
  • Technical responsible for vendor packages
  • Design, review and follow up vendor deliveries
  • Give input to and follow up system design for equipment packages
  • Ensure that vendor information required for progress of the work is identified and communicated to the project
  • Discipline check of drawings and documents
  • FAT and vendor survey
  • Produce engineering work packages
  • Multi-discipline Interface and collaboration with site
  • Site surveys
  • Participate in reviews 
  
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor-degree or Technical College within relevant area
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience from large modification projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf
  • Experience as technical responsible for vendor packages
  • Experience with offshore surveys
  • FSE high- and low voltage incl. first aid
  • EX course 6-8 hours online or 22.5 hours in classroom
  • Valid offshore and health certificate
  • Communicate well in English and Norwegian, both orally and in writing
  • Able to work independently as well as a part of a team
  • Multi-discipline understanding
  • Good communicating skills
