This role is pivotal in delivering accurate financial insights and supporting operational leaders to drive performance across multiple business units. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control while ensuring continuous improvement in financial processes.

You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control while ensuring continuous improvement in financial processes.

- Prepare monthly journals and reconciliations as part of the month-end process.
- Deliver monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, and commentary.
- Provide financial reporting and analysis to support multiple business units.
- Partner with operational leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Work closely with senior leaders to provide financial insights critical for decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.
- CA/CPA qualification (recently completed or currently in progress).
- Experience in management or financial accounting.
- Strong understanding of operational cost drivers and production metrics.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Excel.
- Experience usingplanning and performance management platform.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
