About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Mechanical Design Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design engineering solutions that prioritize safety, reliability, and sustainability, directly contributing to the success and strategic objectives of our projects and organization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the selection, planning, and execution of mechanical design and manufacturing methods and procedures, ensuring all work optimizes design quality within project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements throughout all phases of design and execution.
• Proactively manage activities and deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining clear system interfaces.
• Deliver scope of work in line with contractual obligations and internal client requirements, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Apply lessons learned from previous projects to improve processes and design outcomes; assess and manage impact of changes across project system boundaries.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties to ensure seamless integration and adherence to project requirements.
• Serve as Package Engineer when assigned, with responsibility for overseeing the design, procurement, and manufacturing of packages.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers within the assigned scope to drive performance, quality, and knowledge sharing.
• May act as Discipline Lead for specific scopes of work, providing technical leadership and direction.

Qualifications

• Engineer Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in mechanical design and manufacturing within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong competencies in concept development, detailed design, systems engineering, package engineering and manufacturing, site engineering, analysis, and planning.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines within a complex project environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
