Senior Sales & Business Developer

I’m leading the recruitment for Senior Sales & Business Developer on behalf of an international PV company expanding in Romania. The role covers the full commercial cycle: generating leads, cold outreach, securing meetings, and managing negotiations. The key focus is identifying high‑consumption industrial and commercial clients, convincing them to invest in PV solutions or enter into a PPA, and driving the entire process from first contact through to contract signature.


Requirements:

• Contribute to the development and execution of the national sales strategy.
• Proactively identify and secure new accounts to drive business growth across Romania.
• Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to travel regularly within the country.
• Lead prospecting activities, identify high‑potential key accounts, and leverage proven experience in customer acquisition to build a strong commercial pipeline.
• Map and engage key stakeholders and decision‑makers within target organisations.
• Drive commercial development initiatives to achieve defined business objectives.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure effective follow‑up throughout the closing process.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients to understand their needs in PV/energy efficiency and uncover additional business opportunities.
• Represent the company at national and local industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
