Senior Subsea Pipeline Marine Inspector (CSWIP 3.4UC Underwater Inspection Controller) – CAT III Projects
Location: Offshore (initial onshore phase)

Contract Type: 2 years from Mobilization Date
The selected candidates will be required to work Onshore & Offshore 6 days per week, 10 hours per day.

About the Role
The Subsea pipeline project experience is highly desired, with emphasis on pipeline operations, integrity assurance/non-destructive testing (NDT) and inspection, maintenance and/or design and construction.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Subsea Pipeline Marine Inspector to serve as the offshore QA/QC focal point for subsea pipeline repair campaigns. This role involves ensuring compliance with project quality standards during shutdown activities across multiple offshore campaigns (PL-49, PL-75, PL-610, PL-811).
You will work closely with EPCI contractors, oversee underwater inspection activities, and contribute to QA/QC verification programs. The position requires strong technical expertise in subsea pipeline systems, inspection methodologies, and quality management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure QA/QC compliance during subsea pipeline and sleeper repair activities
  • Act as CSWIP 3.4UC Underwater Inspection Controller during offshore campaigns
  • Review contractor quality reports and verify repair activities against approved procedures
  • Support underwater inspection (ROV/Diver) and prepare detailed reports
  • Participate in QA audits, NCR/CAR management, and lessons learned documentation

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • CSWIP 3.4UC certification (Underwater Inspection Controller)
  • Valid BOSIET/TBOSIET/FOET certification & offshore medical
  • Minimum 6 years QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas (onshore & offshore)
  • Proven experience in subsea pipeline projects and marine vessel operations

Additional Technical Expertise
  • Knowledge and experience in Underwater Inspection (UWI) using visual inspection and NDT via divers, ROVs, or submersibles
  • Familiarity with subsea inspection systems, data recording, QA processes, inspection planning, and equipment care
  • Ability to review, interpret, and develop UWI reports
  • Understanding of Design Codes/Standards (ASME B&PV, DNV-ST-F101, DNV-RP-F103, DNV-RP-B401)
  • Knowledge of subsea pipeline coating systems (FBE, CTE, CWC) and inspection requirements
  • Expertise in pipeline corrosion, cracking, deterioration modes, and corrosion control systems (coatings, CP systems)
  • Experience contributing to daily offshore reports, anomaly reporting, and lessons learned documentation
