Job Title: Services Specialist – Customer Order and Fulfillment
Pay Rate: $24.50/hr
Location: Houston, Texas (Remote option available)
Contract Duration: 12 months

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Services Specialist to join our Customer Order and Fulfillment team. This role is critical in managing the full lifecycle of customer orders—from booking to invoicing—ensuring accuracy, financial integrity, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Services Specialist to join our Customer Order and Fulfillment team. This role is critical in managing the full lifecycle of customer orders—from booking to invoicing—ensuring accuracy, financial integrity, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Book customer orders in SAP
- Manage invoicing and revenue recognition
- Oversee order financials from booking to closure
- Plan and track associated costs
- Ensure timely and accurate billing
- Close orders upon completion of fulfillment and payment
- SAP proficiency is essential
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience in Finance and Order to Remittance (OTR) processes
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience
- Professional and mature demeanor
- Strong internal and external customer service orientation
- Proactive in stakeholder engagement and meeting preparation
- Calm and respectful under pressure
- Excellent prioritization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a matrix environment
- Solid communication and team-building skills
