SHES Lead (COMP2/Offshore)
Advise the Offshore team on the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contractor’s implementation of the Project Approved SHES (Safety, Health, Environmental and Security) Management System. Report on the EPC Contractors SHES performance and identify recommendations for improvement to ensure safe execution of works during the Offshore phase.
•Bachelorsdegreeinsciences,safety,health,environment,security,orengineeringorNEBOSHNational/InternationalDiplomainOccupationalHealthandSafety,SHESrelatedNVQlevel5,orBritishSafetyCouncilLevel6DiplomainOccupationalSafetyandHealth.
• Bachelors degree in sciences, safety, health, environment, security, orengineering or NEBOSH National/International Diploma inOccupational Health and Safety, SHES related NVQ level 5, or BritishSafety Council Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.
• 8 years experience in SHES in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 yearof experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversightof service/vendor personnel during offshore T&I works.
• Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or ServiceCompanies.
• Experience working in large scale operating organizations inOperations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
• Knowledge of relevant SHES management systems and programs.
