Role Overview The Site Document Controller ensures the accurate handling, control, and availability of technical documentation at construction and commissioning sites. The role supports site teams by maintaining document integrity, traceability, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The position operates under the direction of the Site Manager and in coordination with project documentation stakeholders.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Receive, register, distribute, and return site documentation.
- Maintain and control site master files and documentation binders.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of documents and revisions.
- Manage document check-in/check-out and transmittal records.
- Distribute documentation to construction, installation, and commissioning teams.
- Track revisions, change orders, and as-built redline updates.
- Ensure secure storage and compliance with site quality and safety procedures.
- Experience in document control or documentation handling within construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
- Understanding of construction, installation, and commissioning documentation.
- Structured, accurate, and detail-oriented working style.
- Proficient with standard office software and document management tools.
- Clear communicator, able to coordinate with multiple site stakeholders.
- Experience working on construction sites is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in accordance with site health, safety, and quality requirements.
- A site-based role within technically complex projects.
- Clear responsibilities and structured working methods.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary site and engineering teams.
