Role Overview
The Site Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the receipt, handling, storage, preservation, and maintenance of materials and equipment at construction and commissioning sites. The role ensures that materials are available, traceable, and handled safely to support uninterrupted site execution. The position works closely with site management, supply chain, and subcontractors.

The Site Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the receipt, handling, storage, preservation, and maintenance of materials and equipment at construction and commissioning sites. The role ensures that materials are available, traceable, and handled safely to support uninterrupted site execution. The position works closely with site management, supply chain, and subcontractors.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Coordinate material deliveries with supply chain partners and subcontractors.
- Receive, inspect, and register incoming materials and equipment.
- Manage storage, preservation, and traceability of site materials.
- Initiate and track quality claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries.
- Coordinate maintenance activities for stored or operating equipment when required.
- Manage spare parts, unused materials, and compliant disposal of scrap.
- Ensure logistics activities comply with site safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Experience in site logistics, material handling, or transport coordination within construction or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of material receipt, storage, preservation, and inventory control.
- Structured, proactive, and safety-conscious working style.
- Ability to coordinate with supply chain teams, subcontractors, and site management.
- Proficient in standard office software and logistics-related documentation.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- High school or technical education; logistics or equipment operation certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work in accordance with site health, safety, and quality procedures.
- A key logistics role within complex construction or industrial projects.
- Direct involvement in site operations and material flow management.
- Clear responsibilities within structured logistics and safety processes.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary site and supply chain teams.
