Location: Stavanger
Tasks and responsibilities
- Manage applications in domain with help of services contracts. Ensure service is according to expectations:
- Documentation, ITSM is updated
- SLA/KPIs are met
- Cost is within budget
- Resource usage
- Applications are updated to ensure they will be supported by vendor and that security patches are in place
- Ensure integrations are documented, monitored and working
- Provide budget input for applications in scope for domain(s)
- Update/renew contracts/POs in due time before deadline
- Ensure license compliance
- Monitor performance and usage of applications. Follow up degradation of service or reoccurring issues
- Review and approve changes to applications in scope
- Support business and projects with know how within domain(s)
- Follow up minor enhancements
- Coordinate or participate in smaller projects on demand
- Participate in handover discussions and ensure proper handover is performed
Qualifications
- Relevant degree, Bachelor or Master
- 6-9 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of NCS regulations and standards
- Be able to communicate in both English and Norwegian
