Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural engineering design and analysis for subsea components (FLET, Manifold, Suction Pile, large mudmat, etc.).
- Utilize FEA software ABAQUS (2D shell and 3D volumetric) and ideally Beam software SACS for structural calculations.
- Conduct hand calculations and propose innovative solutions to project leads.
- Review drawings, coordinate with draftsmen, and ensure accuracy of data provided during advanced phases.
- Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Proven experience as a Structural Engineer in offshore subsea projects within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Proficiency in ABAQUS (2D shell and 3D volumetric) and ideally SACS.
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles and calculation methods.
- Ability to work independently and propose technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
