Join our team as a Support Services Analyst (VR) and help deliver cutting-edge immersive experiences! In this role, you’ll set up, maintain, and troubleshoot VR hardware and software in labs, training sessions, and demos. You’ll ensure smooth operations and provide hands-on support to users during VR sessions.

Job responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain VR headsets, sensors, and related hardware
  • Install and update VR applications across platforms
  • Run VR demos for internal teams, clients, or educational groups
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in real time
  • Maintain equipment inventory and document procedures
  • Collaborate with developers and trainers to support VR content
Requirements: 
  • IT knowledge (Windows/macOS, connectivity: USB, HDMI, Bluetooth)
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team
Preferred: Experience in IT support, gaming, media production, or technical demos

✔ Hands-on Device Setup: Familiar with plugging in and setting up common gadgets (like webcams or gaming consoles), and understands how things connect
