A global renewable energy technology company is seeking a Service Coordinator to support operations across large-scale solar and energy storage projects in Australia.
This role sits within the technical service team, helping coordinate field service activities, commissioning support, and customer issue resolution.

A global renewable energy technology company is seeking a Service Coordinator to support operations across large-scale solar and energy storage projects in Australia.
This role sits within the technical service team, helping coordinate field service activities, commissioning support, and customer issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate service activities with field engineers and project teams
- Manage service tickets and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships with external service providers (e.g. electricians)
- Support commissioning and troubleshooting activities
- Manage spare parts and service resources
- Prepare operational reports and track service performance
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure strong service delivery
About You
- 1–2 years experience in renewable energy, electrical, or technical services
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar (preferred)
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
- Mandarin language skills advantageous but not essential
- Full Australian working rights
