Benefits
- $60 per hour
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- CBD Location
- 6-month contract
- Tertiary qualification in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF applications
- Experience with content management systems
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables independently
- Familiarity with document control, metadata management, and structured writing principles
- Create, edit, and maintain clear, accurate documentation aligned with branding and compliance standards
- Translate complex technical content into plain English for diverse audiences
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and clarity across documents
- Manage document workflows, version control, and digital publishing
- Support continuous improvement of templates, processes, and content quality
- Use tools like MS Office and PDF editors to produce and format documentation
- Maintain document registers and metadata for audit and reporting purpose
