We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support the production of our unique non-metallic piping products by maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality results. You will work collaboratively to meet customer requirements and minimize downtime.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support the production of our unique non-metallic piping products by maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality results. You will work collaboratively to meet customer requirements and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair equipment used in poly pipe production.
- Support installation, upgrades, maintenance, and inspection of control systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment to resolve faults.
- Prepare reports on machine faults and errors to develop maintenance schedules.
- Work individually and as part of a team to reduce machine outages and stoppages.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in maintenance or service technician roles involving mechanical and electronic repairs.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in industrial environments.
- Familiarity with PLC, HMI, VFD, Controls Electronics, or CNC controls.
- Experience with automation systems in manufacturing settings.
- Ability to disassemble, diagnose, and reassemble equipment safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance concepts and diagnostic tools.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical information clearly.
