- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in tendering, proposals, and cost estimation within the Oil & Gas or EPC sector.
- Strong background in rotating equipment, including pumps and gas compressors.
- Experience with O&M contracts and EPC project bidding is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or tendering software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of technical specifications, project execution workflows, and commercial terms.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Familiarity with international codes and standards (API, ISO, ASME, etc.).
