- Provide statutory leadership and act as the appointed Underground Mine Manager under WHS (Mines) Regulations
- Oversee all underground production, development, drilling, and backfilling activities
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing technical and operational team
- Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement mine plans, budgets, and operational strategies
- Ensure effective contractor engagement and performance management
- Collaborate with geology, processing, maintenance, and corporate teams to optimise site performance
- Extensive experience in underground hard‑rock mining (gold preferred)
- Proven leadership in a senior operational or statutory mining role
- WA First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Strong understanding of WHS (Mines) Regulations
- Excellent communication, decision‑making, and people‑leadership skills
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with a commitment to safe production
