Position: Umbilicals and Distribution Package Lead Services
Location: Paris, France (frequent missions to Houston & Panama City)
Start Date: January/February 2026

Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of the subsea umbilical system and ancillary hardware
- Review technical documentation from umbilical system provider to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor costs and schedule progress; manage interfaces with other equipment packages and EPCI contractor.
- Oversee manufacturing, FAT, EFAT, SIT, and delivery of umbilicals and steel tube flying leads.
- Support installation team for load-out, spooling, packaging, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure all activities comply with HSE and QA/QC standards.
- Provide reporting to Subsea Package Manager and escalate risks with mitigation plans.
- Participate in meetings and workshops with contractors; witness termination and testing activities.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in offshore industry with direct expertise in subsea umbilical design, manufacturing, and installation.
- Strong ability to manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of complex subsea packages.
- Effective communicator, capable of representing the project professionally with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural environment and adopt a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent in English; French and Portuguese are a plus.
- Availability for missions and site work.
