Position: Vendors & Subcontractors QC Lead
Start date: February 2026
Location: Istanbul, Turkey
Status: Resident
Duration: 1 year renewable
Travel: Business trips to Iraq

The main missions and activities of the Job Holder are as follows:
• Put in place, together with the main Contractor Procurement Quality Team, all the tools of Quality Follow up, Inspections, Reporting and Progress measurement for his activity,
• Review and close follow-up of Contractor’s procurement process and planning to ensure full compliance with contract requirements in regards with Quality Assurance and Control aspects,
• Assess Contractor’s Project Supply Chain Quality Surveillance Program to verify full compliance of supply chain products & services with Project Quality Requirements, including ISO 9001:2015,
• Carry Out Quality Assessment Measures, Survey and Audits at Suppliers, Vendors and Site Fabrication Facilities of Contractor(s),
• Follow, challenge and close the Non-Conformances together with Contractor and Quality Team,
• Take the lead for the management of Quality for Company provided items (to Contractor), if any,
• Interface with the Quality Lead to solve any Quality issue delaying the delivery of the Vendors equipment or delaying the Subcontractors’ activity,
• Interact with EPC & Company Project Document Controllers to ensure that all the relevant documentation is well submitted, reviewed and compiled by using NEW PRODOM,
• Identify at early stage and close, if possible, all Quality-Related Issues together with the Quality Lead and Contractor Quality Team,
• Participate to meetings with Contractors and Vendors as required,
• Promote and support a positive safety culture within the Company Site Team and with the Contractors,
• Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding Ethics and Project “Code of conduct” policy,
• Observe strict confidentiality in the performance of his duties, all along the course of the Project,
• Carry out any other duties or tasks that may be required by the position.

CANDIDATE PROFILE / QUALIFICATIONS

Professional experience:
• Degree: Diploma/ Degree in technical discipline,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry or Heavy industries with similar largescale projects and context in Contract, Engineering and Construction activities for Onshore (or Onshore yards) projects,
Technical competencies:
• Experience in Quality Supervision, Inspection coordination, Procurement, Non destructive Examination and Welding,
• Experience in Engineering discipline might be a plus,
Behavioral competencies:
• Ability to adapt and to represent the Company in discussions and meetings with Vendors, main Contractor and Subcontractors,
• Good communication skills,
• Flexibility and mobility,
• Proven records of ability to effectively integrate a team and adhere to team-spirit rules.
•Demonstrate sound organization ability and work in a multi-cultural/international business environment,
• Strong Leadership Good interpersonal and communication skills; Good motivational skills,
• Dedication and ability to work under pressing conditions.
Fluent in English (absolute mandatory)
• Follow-up and assessment of the Quality during Procurement and Subcontracting activities,
• Raise awareness of the management for any deviation in regards with Quality or to contract requirements,
• Verify the effectiveness and relevancy of technical information from and to the Vendors together with Contractor and Company Document Controller Teams,
• Participate in the solving of any issue with the Vendors,
• Interaction with Contractors and Company Third Parties,
• In charge of the Company Items (if any),
