Electrical Systems Specialist – New South Wales

Our client is an international technology company that specialises in electrical energy conversion. They design and manufacture products like inverters, converters, electric motors, generators, and control systems. Their solutions serve a wide range of industries, including renewable energy (wind, solar, and hydro), mining, marine, rail, and green hydrogen.

Job Description:

This role involves installing, servicing, and troubleshooting electrical drives and related systems, mainly for mining and marine equipment. You will provide on-site and remote support, follow safety rules, and help customers keep their systems running smoothly. The successful applicant will be based in their office in Southern New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and set up electrical drives and control systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical drives and systems
  • Provide on-site and remote support for customers
  • Follow workplace health and safety (WHS) rules and procedures
  • Learn and use company software and control systems
  • Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and team members
  • Keep service records and reports up to date
  • Perform tests to ensure systems work correctly
  • Help minimize downtime and costs for customers.
Requirements:
  • Electrical Licence
  • White Card
  • Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Ability to travel across Australia (FIFO/DIDO).
Benefits:
  • Salary up to $120,000 + Superannuation
  • Further allowances.
