We are seeking an experienced Specialist in Warehousing, Inventory & Logistics (WIL) Operational Readiness to support the successful delivery of major projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the effective planning, optimisation, and execution of WIL activities to maximise overall supply chain performance across project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the full WIL Operational Readiness scope across assigned major projects.
- Ensure alignment and compliance with all relevant functional requirements, governance, and standards.
- Establish and maintain accurate material master data, including cataloguing, classification, and stocking strategies.
- Optimise inventory levels to meet business needs while ensuring preservation requirements are adhered to.
- Implement warehouse and logistics processes that meet safety, efficiency, and stakeholder expectations.
- Balance project demands with operational supply chain capability to safeguard material availability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional project teams to define, plan, and deliver OR activities.
- Provide high‑quality analysis and reporting to support evidence‑based decision‑making.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal customers to enable seamless project execution.
About You
- Strong understanding of Inventory Management, Warehousing, and Work Management processes.
- Experience in inventory analytics, optimisation, and strategy development.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Proficent in SAP (desirable) and Excel (essential)
- Strong problem‑solving capability with a proactive and collaborative approach.
