Location: Okarche, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (Some overtime possible)
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $24-$28 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate I to support daily warehouse functions, including inventory control, materials handling, and shipping/receiving. This position plays a key role in maintaining safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate I to support daily warehouse functions, including inventory control, materials handling, and shipping/receiving. This position plays a key role in maintaining safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, label, and properly store incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform SAP inventory transactions.
- Identify, document, and report damaged materials or discrepancies.
- Organize warehouse space to ensure efficient material flow and accessibility.
- Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments (UPS & FedEx).
- Handle hazardous material shipping in compliance with regulations.
- Operate material‑handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies.
- Oversee and support day‑to‑day warehouse operations.
- Record and track shipment arrival and departure times.
- Assemble and issue kits, parts, and supplies for internal teams as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to meet physical demands of warehouse work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to wear required PPE, including safety‑toe shoes.
- Must be certified.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, materials handling, or inventory management.
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems.
