Job Title: Warehouse Associate I
Location: Carlsbad Midstream – Loving, New Mexico
Rate w/ Benefits: $22.23
Rate w/out Benefits : $26.84
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (up to 1 hour lunch)
Hours per Week: 40
Contract Duration: 1 year
Work Environment: outdoor, dusty warehouse conditions ("dust bowl")
Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate I supports daily warehouse and material handling operations. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, stocking, pulling parts, assembling weekly kits, and coordinating local transport of materials between facilities and vendors.
You will play a key role in ensuring timely inbound/outbound shipments and maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate a forklift (forklift certification required)
• Safely drive a company truck to handle local material transport
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Stock shelves, pull parts, and assemble kits weekly
• Assist with WIP transport between facilities and vendors
• Maintain accurate and legible documentation
• Perform basic housekeeping duties: sweeping, organizing shelves, trash removal
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Work reliably in all weather conditions at a remote site

Required Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Forklift driver certification
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Ability to stand and work on feet for several hours
• Good communication skills
• Ability to read and understand directions
• Basic computer skills (bonus)
• Comfortable working in a dusty, physically demanding environment
• Not afraid of electronic/technical aspects of warehouse tasks
• Reliable and detail oriented

• Prior warehouse or inventory management experience (any industry)

• Must pass drug test and background check
• Safety footwear required; FRC required if performing deliveries
