Warranty Manager

About the Role

This position is responsible for managing major warranty claims on large, high-value power packages. The ideal candidate will have a technical mindset, experience with gas turbines, and the ability to protect company liability while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process warranty claims for customers.
• Communicate warranty details and updates to internal teams.
• Provide customer service support related to warranty issues.
• Coordinate spare parts and returns for warranty claims.
• Review technical documentation and apply warranty policies accurately.
• Ensure RPS liability is protected through proper documentation and compliance.
• Travel to customer sites as needed for major warranty cases.

Qualifications

• Technical mindset with ability to understand gas turbine components (e.g., blades).
• Experience with large power packages and high-value equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with warranty processes and documentation.
• Customer service experience in an industrial or energy sector preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Gas turbine industry experience.
• Knowledge of OEM warranty procedures.
• Ability to work onsite with occasional travel.
