Administrator

We are seeking an Administrator to join our Energy client based in Perth on an initial 6-month contract with possible extension.

Duties:

• General administration duties
• Compliance and licensing requirements and administration
• Mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel
• Maintaining the Roster
• Coordinate travel and accommodation
• Organise site supplies
• Raise purchase orders and goods receipt in Pronto
• Maintain records and documentation
• Assist with general site and office requirements

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience
• Health and safety experience (nice to have, not essential)
