NES Fircroft is currently seeking a Cost Recovery Audit Manager for a major oilfield development. Responsible for overseeing critical cost recovery audits with the state oil company, you will lead a team, manage audit responses, and strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance and optimise recoveries.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage responses and justifications for audit observations from regulatory bodies.
- Lead monthly control reviews across core processes such as P2P, cash, accruals, and period-end close.
- Develop and drive internal control frameworks to mitigate risks and enhance compliance.
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external auditors to safeguard the company’s position.
- Coach and develop your team to meet demanding deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- Oil & Gas industry experience, with a strong background in audits and controls.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments, particularly within Middle Eastern or multi-cultural settings.
- Business or accounting qualification.
