Job Summary

Responsible for preparing technical and commercial tender submissions for automation, SCADA, PLC, HMI, EPMS, BMS and control systems in Substation and Data Center projects. Coordinate with sales, engineering and suppliers to develop competitive and compliant proposals.
Key Responsibilities
• Review RFQ, tender documents and specifications.
• Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements and system architecture.
• Develop cost estimates, bill of materials and bid pricing.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal engineering teams.
• Design preliminary SCADA, PLC, RTU, EPMS, BMS and networking solutions.
• Identify project risks, deviations and assumptions.
• Participate in customer meetings, clarifications and tender presentations.
• Support bid negotiations and project handover after award.
Substation Expertise
• Understanding of IEC 61850, substation automation systems (SAS), SCADA, RTU and protection integration.
• Familiarity with MV/HV electrical systems and communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3 and IEC 60870-5-104.
Data Center Expertise
• Knowledge of EPMS, DCIM, BMS, cooling systems integration, power monitoring and mission-critical infrastructure.
• Understanding of Tier-certified and hyperscale data center environments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Control, Automation or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 3+ years experience in automation, tendering or system integration.
  • Strong understanding of industrial networks and control systems.
  • Knowledge of project execution, FAT, SAT and commissioning.
  • Experience with Automation Substation and Data Center solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimation tools.
  • Good English and Chinese communication skills.
