Join a growing renewable energy service team and play a key role in supporting utility-scale BESS and PV projects across Poland. This is a highly customer-facing position combining commercial, contractual, and technical responsibilities, with a strong focus on BESS.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales/KAM teams by preparing competitive service proposals and pre-tender documentation
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor service strategies
- Support service pricing, cost analysis, and commercial offer development
- Prepare, review, and negotiate service agreements and contract documentation
- Manage service-related offers in CRM, including spare parts, warranty extensions, training, and site services
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding non-LTSA service requests
- Ensure smooth handover of secured contracts to operational teams
- Around 3+ years of experience in a commercial, service, technical sales, or contract management role
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand technical solutions
- Experience working with renewable energy, power systems, BESS, PV, EPC, or industrial projects is preferred
- Fluent Polish and English
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented approach
- Self-driven, proactive, and customer-focused personality
- Individual contributor role
- Approx. 60% commercial / contract management and 40% technical focus
- Product focus: 80% BESS, 20% PV
- Hybrid work model (preferred location: Warsaw), remote arrangements to be discussed
