We are seeking a Business Analyst to support financial processes and operations within the Order to Remittance (OTR) organization. This role is critical for maintaining financial integrity, optimizing revenue, managing projects in SAP, and collaborating with operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support financial processes and operations within the Order to Remittance (OTR) organization. This role is critical for maintaining financial integrity, optimizing revenue, managing projects in SAP, and collaborating with operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project and sales orders in SAP, ensure revenue and cost compliance, track billing milestones, resolve invoice issues, monitor backlogs, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with work orders, administrative tasks, audits, and forecasting; ensure timely resolution of invoice disputes and compliance with SOX requirements.
- Streamline workflows, review revenue and backlog weekly, and analyze contribution margin variances.
- Build strong relationships across teams, liaise with vendors and customers, manage purchase orders and payments, and support SAP access and compliance reporting.
- Strong customer service orientation

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and OTR
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
