Business Controller - Kaohsiung

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Partner with project teams on quotations, tenders, project execution, and performance reviews to drive profitability.
• Provide financial insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Monitor business performance, cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, contractual requirements, and governance standards.
• Prepare and present business performance reports to local and regional leadership teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across finance and business functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related finance functions.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Experience supporting project-based businesses with exposure to project finance and commercial management.
• Proven track record in profitability improvement, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in a multinational and matrix organization is highly preferred.
