We are currently seeking an experienced Business Support Specialist to join a major Offshore Project in Qatar. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing manpower resourcing, recruitment, mobilization, inspection services coordination, workforce planning, and business support activities while ensuring alignment with project objectives, budgets, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and coordinate manpower recruitment, mobilization, and onboarding activities for project teams and inspection services.
✅ Manage Organizational Change Requests (OCR) and coordinate staffing requirements with Project Management Teams, Recruitment, and third-party agencies.
✅ Oversee Site Inspection Services (SIS) and Third-Party Inspection Services (TPIS) recruitment and deployment globally.
✅ Monitor workforce planning, manpower forecasting, hiring activities, contract renewals, and personnel tracking.
✅ Coordinate visa processing and mobilization support with government authorities, contractors, and external agencies.
✅ Maintain business support procedures, workflows, reporting tools, and project documentation.
✅ Support budgeting activities, manpower cost analysis, resource planning, and workforce reporting.
✅ Assist with Home Office Service Agreements (HOSR), talent pool management, and project mobilization logistics.
✅ Review inspection service contracts and support renewal and performance evaluation processes.
Requirements
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communications, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
💼 Minimum 8 years of experience in a business-related function, including 4 years within the Oil & Gas industry.
📊 Strong knowledge of manpower planning, recruitment coordination, workforce management, and business processes.
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, dashboards, reporting tools, and data analytics.
🌍 Experience working in multicultural and project-driven environments.
🗣 Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
📈 Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
