C&C Offshore CSOV Shift Lead

Tasks and Responsibilities Description
1.    Ensure daily offshore activities are executed in accordance with the approved operational plan, including monitoring labour hours, resource utilization, material consumption, tools, and consumables. Prepare procurement lists or replenishment requests supplies, consumables, materials and tools.
2.    Act as the primary operational communication link aboard the CSOV between EQN, contractors, bridge, vessel crew and operators, regarding W2W operations, personnel transfers, lifting operations, and deck logistics.
3.    Review and sign Contractor Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).
4.    Support contractors in preparing and issuing Work Releases in Storm.
5.    Collect and consolidate all operational inputs required for daily reporting by CSOV Supervisor.
6.    Maintain responsibility for Personnel on Board (POB) management, including coordination of transfers with the DSC and communication of logistical requirements. Providing BRING all necessary information.
7.    Coordinate vessel loading and unloading activities, including deck planning, crane operation sequencing, and cargo logistics.
8.    Manage onboard storage areas, especially warehouse and workshop, as well as other vessel spaces to be used by charterer, including allocation of cabins and operational zones.
9.    Lead and/or participate in Toolbox Talks and operational briefings and other daily vessel meetings.
10.    Verify resource requests toward C&C Contractor from other Contractors on the vessel.
11.    Support in document review especially ad-hoc RAMS/IBWRs.
12.    Verify service, space or storage requests related to C&C support activities from other Contractors on the vessel, including waste management and vessel logistics services.
13.    Escalate operational risks, constraints, and emerging issues to the CSOV Supervisor at the earliest opportunity.
