Change Management Specialist
The Change Management Specialist supports project and operational changes by coordinating the review, approval, documentation, and implementation of modifications to processes, systems, equipment, and project scope. This role works closely with engineering, operations, project controls, and stakeholders to ensure changes are properly evaluated for safety, schedule, cost, and business impact.

The Change Management Specialist supports project and operational changes by coordinating the review, approval, documentation, and implementation of modifications to processes, systems, equipment, and project scope. This role works closely with engineering, operations, project controls, and stakeholders to ensure changes are properly evaluated for safety, schedule, cost, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate the change management process for capital projects and operational initiatives.
- Coordinate impact assessments related to scope, schedule, risk, and cost.
- Track and document change requests, approvals, and implementation activities.
- Partner with project controls to monitor change orders, budgets, and cost impacts.
- Maintain change logs and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate change status and impacts to project teams and stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
- Experience supporting change management within industrial, petrochemical, refinery, energy, or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of project lifecycle management and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
- Understanding of project controls, budgeting, cost tracking, and change order management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management and document control systems.
