Commissioning Coordinator – SAS integration
 
Contract period: 01.10.2026 - 30.09.2027
Location: Stavanger

Main tasks:
  • Coordinate all remote commissioning activities for SAS across the project portfolio and ensure consistent execution across assets.
  • Establish, document and maintain best practice for remote commissioning within SAS, including governing documents, procedures, work instructions and quick guides.
  • Identify and categorise SAS commissioning scope suitable for remote execution (e.g. loop checks, function tests, software verification, FAT/iFAT support, sub-system testing and troubleshooting).
  • Liaise with Future Operations on requirements, layout, infrastructure and readiness of the onshore control rooms supporting remote commissioning.
  • Ensure that the Alliance is aligned with Company’s strategic initiatives within commissioning, including digital ways of working and one-way-of-working principles.
  • Coordinate with SAS suppliers, system integrators, operations and contractors on remote commissioning interfaces, protocols, IOC setup and access arrangements.
  • Support the project commissioning organisations with planning, scheduling and resource allocation of remote SAS activities.
  • Define network, communication and cyber security requirements needed to perform remote SAS commissioning, in cooperation with IT/OT and the relevant disciplines.
  • Capture lessons learned from remote commissioning execution and share across the portfolio to mature the methodology.
  • Participate in technology assessments and qualification of new tools and methods enabling remote SAS commissioning.
  • Report status and KPIs on remote SAS commissioning to the Project Completion Manager and relevant asset and portfolio forums.
  • Raise improvement proposals and issues related to remote commissioning
